Y‑type strainer is widely‑used pre‑filtration component for industrial pipeline system. Available in flange and thread connection types. When fluid passes through the strainer, welding slag, rust, scale and other solid particles are trapped on Y‑shaped screen, clean medium flows to downstream equipment.
When impurities accumulate, just open bottom end cap and take out screen for washing, no need to disassemble pipeline. Smooth internal flow path ensures low pressure loss. Housing material options include cast iron, cast steel,304 or 316 stainless steel to meet different anti‑corrosion demands. Working pressure PN1.0‑PN2.5MPa, working temperature ≤300℃, mesh 10‑400mesh customizable.
Manufactured and inspected according to HG/T21637, GB/T12221 and JB/T9092 standards. It effectively protects pumps, regulating valves and instruments against particle damage. Suitable for water, oil, gas and hydrocarbon medium.
Widely applied in petrochemical plant, thermal power plant, heating network, water‑treatment station. Every unit passes pressure test before delivery, multiple DN sizes from DN15‑DN300 optional.
