LUC series mobile oil filter cart (MLUC) is widely‑used two‑stage pressure‑driven oil‑maintenance equipment for industrial hydraulic and lubrication systems. 70% of hydraulic‑system failures are caused by solid particle contamination. This filter cart effectively reduces particle concentration and extends service life of expensive hydraulic components.
Contaminated oil is delivered by low‑noise gear pump. The suction‑side coarse filter traps large‑size impurities and prevents pump damage. Oil flows into fine filter housing, where glass‑fiber filter element captures fine metal wear debris, carbon residue and oil‑sludge step‑by‑step. Treated oil cleanliness reaches NAS6‑12 grade. This unit only removes solid pollutants and keeps original oil chemical performance unchanged.
Differential‑pressure gauge is mounted on housing. Operators can read pressure‑difference variation to judge filter‑element saturation. Overflow relief valve prevents pipeline over‑pressure. Thermal relay protects motor from overload burnout. Quick‑open filter cover allows fast cartridge replacement without tool disassembly. Hand‑push trolley with universal casters enables flexible movement between oil drum, hydraulic station and working site. Quick‑connect hoses make field connection fast.
Whole machine adopts compact powder‑coated carbon‑steel structure. It supports three working modes: new‑oil filling, oil‑tank oil pumping and system bypass off‑line circulating filtration. It is compatible with mineral hydraulic oil, lube oil, turbine oil, transformer oil and water‑glycol medium.
It is widely applied in machine‑tool workshop, metallurgical rolling‑mill, mining machinery, power‑plant auxiliary‑oil station and injection‑molding equipment. Every unit will pass pressure test before shipment. Different flow‑rate sizes and filter‑element precision options are available.
