1. Product Description

The Continuous Industrial Quartz Sand Drying System with Integrated Dust Purification is a specialized large-scale drying solution designed for high-volume and continuous processing of quartz sand and other non-metallic mineral particles. It is widely applicable for industrial-grade quartz sand, feldspar sand, river sand, and various granular mineral materials, perfectly matching medium and large mineral processing production lines from 50TPD to 300TPD and above. This integrated system consists of a rotary drying drum, automatic feeding and discharging device, high-efficiency heating unit, intelligent temperature and speed control system, and built-in dust purification equipment. It realizes one-stop continuous dehydration, drying and dust removal for wet quartz sand, ensuring finished sand with stable moisture content and clean surface quality. We provide standardized system configuration, customized parameter design, factory pre-testing, on-site installation guidance and full-cycle professional after-sales services for global industrial mineral processing projects.

The heating system provides stable and adjustable high-temperature hot air, which conducts counter-current heat exchange with scattered quartz sand. Through heat conduction and thermal convection, the surface and internal moisture of the sand materials is rapidly vaporized and separated. While completing continuous drying and automatic discharging of qualified dry quartz sand, the integrated dust purification system instantly collects and filters fine dust and exhaust gas generated during the drying process. After purification treatment, the exhaust gas meets environmental protection discharge standards, realizing continuous, efficient and environmentally friendly quartz sand drying operation.

2. Working Principle

Wet quartz sand is continuously and quantitatively delivered to the rotary drying drum via the automatic feeding system. Under the drive of the variable-frequency transmission mechanism, the drum rotates steadily, and the internal lifting blades repeatedly lift, drop and scatter the sand materials to form a uniform material curtain inside the cylinder, preventing material accumulation, agglomeration and uneven drying.

The system adopts a counter-current high-temperature hot air drying mode. Stable adjustable hot air fully contacts with the scattered quartz sand, realizing efficient heat conduction and convection. The surface and internal moisture of the sand particles is rapidly vaporized and discharged, achieving continuous dehydration and drying.

During the whole drying and material conveying process, the matched integrated dust purification system synchronously captures, filters and purifies fine dust and waste gas generated by material turnover and hot air circulation. The treated flue gas meets international environmental protection discharge standards, realizing continuous drying, stable discharging and environmentally friendly production of quartz sand.

3. Main Features

Optimized internal material lifting structure ensures even material scattering and full hot air contact. It achieves uniform heating and thorough dehydration of quartz sand particles without damaging sand texture or changing mineral composition, guaranteeing stable and high-quality finished products.
