Product Description
The drum screen soil separator is a heavy-duty, high-throughput rotary screening equipment purpose-built for efficient soil purification and impurity sorting. It excels at processing raw soil mixed with high-viscosity wet clay, gravel, roots and construction debris, and is widely applied in topsoil processing, compost production, construction waste recycling and mining soil washing scenarios. It supports 24-hour non-stop continuous operation, and can be seamlessly docked with front-end feeders and rear-end conveyors to form a fully automated material processing line.
Working Principle
Powered by a stable motor-reducer transmission system, the perforated cylindrical drum installed at a 3°-10° adjustable inclination rotates at a low uniform speed. When raw materials enter the drum, the built-in lifting blades continuously toss and move the materials forward. Qualified fine soil particles pass through the screen holes smoothly, while oversized impurities are gradually conveyed to the drum tail and discharged through the dedicated outlet. The external automatic cleaning brush keeps wiping the screen surface during operation, effectively preventing wet soil from clogging the mesh.
