Product Description
This rotary soil separator machine is a high-performance industrial sifting solution designed for rapid separation of soil, sand, compost and granular materials from impurities. Widely used in agriculture, landscaping, construction waste recycling and organic fertilizer production lines, it effectively sifts out stones, roots and large debris while maintaining intact soil particle structure. The machine supports continuous large-volume feeding, greatly improving material screening efficiency compared with manual or static sieve methods.
Working Principle
Driven by a variable-speed motor, the inclined cylindrical rotary drum slowly rotates at a stable low speed. When raw materials are fed into the drum, qualified fine soil particles pass through the uniformly distributed screen holes under the action of rolling and gravity, while oversized impurities roll forward along the drum slope and are discharged from the tail discharge port. The built-in flexible beating device continuously taps the drum wall to prevent wet soil from clogging the screen, ensuring uninterrupted screening even in high-humidity working conditions.
