1. Product Introduction
Steel Sheet Pile is hot‑rolled section steel specially used in civil engineering. It features interlocking latches on both sides. Driven into soil, Steel Sheet Pile interlocks mutually to form continuous retaining and water‑stop wall. It delivers high bending resistance, reliable water‑tight interlock, fast installation and reusable performance. Main categories include U‑Type Steel Sheet Pile and Z‑Type Steel Sheet Pile, together with flat sheet pile as accessories. U‑Type Steel Sheet Pile enjoys wide universality for foundation pit and river bank protection. Z‑Type Steel Sheet Pile owns large section modulus for deep‑water wharves and ultra‑deep foundation pits under heavy load. All Steel Sheet Pile are rolled complying with international standards with stable dimension, smooth interlock, free of crack, warping and lamination defects, widely used in infrastructure, port, water conservancy and municipal projects.
2. Material Grades
- Carbon Steel (for temporary works): Q235B, SS400, for shallow pit, temporary cofferdam and short‑term municipal support.
‑ Low Alloy High‑Strength Steel (main grade): Q355B, Q390P, Q420P; S275JR, S355GP, S390GP; SY295, SY390, main material forU‑Type Steel Sheet Pile and Z‑Type Steel Sheet Pile, high resistance against soil and water pressure for long‑term port, river and deep‑water cofferdam projects.
‑ Marine Corrosion‑Resistant Grade: Q355WP, ASTM A690, for salt‑fog and seawater immersion environment to extend service life of Steel Sheet Pile.

5. Process & Surface Treatment
Steel Sheet Pile is integrally hot‑rolled from steel billet. Interlock zone is precisely rolled for uniform interlocking clearance. Every piece is visually inspected for crack and folding on web, flange and latch; ultrasonic NDT is available for critical batches. Original finish is hot‑rolled black scale. Custom services including sandblasting, anti‑rust painting, hot‑dip galvanizing, epoxy anti‑corrosion coating, cutting and end beveling, adapting to seawater, wetland and corrosive soil working conditions.

Strong Geological Adaptability: Suitable for soft soil, sand, tidal flat and coastal zones. Anti‑corrosion coating ensures stable long‑term service under marine salt‑fog environment.
Traceable Quality: Material test certificate and mechanical test report are provided for each batch of Steel Sheet Pile. Third‑party inspection is acceptable.

‑ Port & Marine Engineering: Quay wall, dry‑dock cofferdam, land reclamation, deep‑water port construction; Z‑Type Steel Sheet Pile preferred for heavy‑load zones.
‑ Temporary Works: Temporary water‑stop cofferdam, bridge pier foundation enclosure, flood emergency rescue projects.
‑ Other Applications: Underground garage enclosure, sewage tank retaining, pipeline trench support.
8. Lead Time, Packing & Shipping Documents
- Lead Time: 10‑15 working days for regular Steel Sheet Pile; 18‑25 working days for special length, anti‑corrosion treated, customized U‑Type Steel Sheet Pile and Z‑Type Steel Sheet Pile.
‑ Packing: Bundled with steel strips with end protection, stable stacking, suitable for container and bulk vessel shipment, preventing interlock deformation during transit.
‑ Shipping Documents: Material Test Certificate (MTC), mechanical property report, factory inspection sheet, certificate of origin. Third‑party inspection is supported.
9. Order Note
Custom Steel Sheet Pile, U‑Type Steel Sheet Pile and Z‑Type Steel Sheet Pile with special length, thickened section and special anti‑corrosion treatment according to drawings and project requirements. MOQ: 5 tons. Small trial orders and large full‑container export orders are acceptable. One‑stop processing including cutting and anti‑corrosion painting is provided.
