Material & Grade
Boiler Plate covers full series of national, American and European standard grades to meet diverse working condition requirements. Main national grades of Boiler Plate include Q245R, Q345R, Q370R, 15CrMoR, 12Cr1MoVR. Q245R and Q345R are universal grades for medium and low temperature pressure equipment, while 15CrMoR and 12Cr1MoVR are high-temperature heat-resistant alloy grades for extreme working conditions. Imported Boiler Pressure Vessel Plate includes ASTM A516 Gr60, Gr70 and European standard P355GH, P355N with stable performance for high-end foreign projects. High-strength Special Boiler Steel Plate has moderate carbon equivalent and excellent weldability, suitable for processing key components such as boiler cylinder and head.
