Product Overview
The VorTek Instruments Pro-M electromagnetic flowmeter reliably measures liquid flow. Utilizing Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction, this flowmeter provides accurate volumetric flow measurement for a wide range of conductive liquids. Unaffected by liquid temperature, pressure, density, or viscosity, this flowmeter offers superior measurement stability. Its full-bore design causes no pressure loss, and with no moving parts, it requires no maintenance.
The Pro-M series flowmeters offer a variety of electrode and lining material options, providing flexibility for use across various industries. Flowmeter sizes are available for pipes ranging from 1/2 inch to 80 inches. For demanding applications, accuracy can reach ±0.2% of flow rate, meeting stringent accuracy requirements.

Pro-M flowmeters offer a variety of communication and power options. In addition to traditional communication methods such as analog output signals, Pro-M flowmeters also provide communication options including Modbus RTU and HART.
By adding an external temperature input, these instruments can provide reliable thermal energy (BTU) measurements.
