Product Overview
The Prosonic Flow W 400 is an ultrasonic clamp-on flowmeter specifically designed for measuring both conductive and non-conductive liquids. It employs a non-intrusive, bidirectional measurement method that is unaffected by pressure, density, or conductivity and requires no interruption of the process flow. The FlowDC offers high installation flexibility; even in turbulent flow conditions, a straight pipe section of just 2 x DN is sufficient to maintain the specified measurement accuracy. Special coupling pads ensure that this ultrasonic clamp-on system requires no maintenance throughout its entire product lifecycle. “Heartbeat” technology provides continuous process transparency through its diagnostic, validation, and monitoring functions. This allows for the timely detection of fouling before it affects operation.
