The MGF‑series precision gas filter counts among our newly‑developed air‑purification units. It is built upon our proven low‑pressure‑gas processing experience and optimized around the performance characteristics of high‑flow air filter cartridges. Featuring straightforward operation, the unit accomplishes gas dedusting, moisture removal and contaminant purification, delivering dry and clean gas that meets technical requirements for end‑use equipment.
With physical interception as its working mechanism, the glass‑fiber filter medium captures solid debris, fine dust, free moisture and oil mist through interception, inertial impaction and adsorption. Gas purity gets improved and downstream gas‑consuming components are well‑protected. High‑flow pleated filter cartridges trap aerosol‑style pollutants such as dust, water droplets and oil mist. Boasting up to 99.9 % separation efficiency, the filter is widely applied in pneumatic instruments, pneumatic conveying, automatic‑control systems and multiple industries covering food, pharmacy, chemical, textile, petroleum, metallurgy and rubber manufacturing. This cartridge‑style air filter is specially engineered for pipeline systems of Roots blowers.
Its primary functions are dust elimination and water‑vapor removal to guarantee clean airflow inside blower systems. Internally fitted with large‑diameter single air filter cartridges, the equipment supports high air throughput with low pressure‑drop. The pleated filter‑media supplies expanded filtration area. The fully‑enclosed pressure‑proof shell prevents air leakage and guarantees stable filtering accuracy.
