The MSLUC‑series mobile fine oil filter is engineered as a three‑stage filtration unit. It addresses scenarios where conventional MLUC mobile filters fail to satisfy strict oil‑cleanliness standards and adapts to severely‑polluted oil‑liquid working‑conditions.The pre‑pump coarse filter is available with magnetic function. It delivers excellent interception of abrasive iron chips inside oil and protects the oil pump. The coarse filter screen can be cleaned and reused repeatedly.
The fine‑filter assembly of MSLUC series consists of two serially‑connected filter barrels with progressively‑increased filtration precision. End‑users may select filter‑element precision ranging from 3‑30 μm in accordance with working demands. Filtering performance can be adjusted simply by replacing lifting‑ring‑type cartridges of distinct accuracy grades. This filter cart only removes contaminants from oil without altering oil properties.
Boasting dependable performance, compact layout, attractive appearance, easy‑access maintenance and simple operation, the equipment features high‑precision filtration and low‑noise operation. Pressure gauges and safety valves are mounted on filter barrels to indicate cartridge clogging status and safeguard the whole filtration process.
