The first‑stage inlet strainer is mounted on the oil‑suction port. High‑efficiency filter‑media and an enlarged effective filtering‑area trap ultra‑fine solid contaminants and achieve superior oil cleanliness.
The coalescing unit consists of dedicated coalescing cartridges with unique polar‑molecule construction. Free water and emulsified moisture gather into large‑sized droplets while oil flows through the cartridges, and then sink into the water‑storage tank under gravity.
Separation cartridges are manufactured from special hydrophobic material. Water droplets are retained on the outer cartridge surface during oil passage. Droplets keep merging and finally drop into the water‑storage tank by gravity.
Separated moisture accumulates inside the water‑storage tank. The drain valve opens once the liquid‑level hits the preset height. The valve closes and drainage stops when water falls to the lower limit level.
