All components of the CS‑AL series oil purifier are enclosed by an exquisite sealed housing to isolate external dust and contaminants, making the unit well‑suited for applications with strict environmental‑requirements.A coarse filter is installed upstream of the oil pump to safeguard the pump assembly and extend the service life of main filter cartridges.Multi‑cartridge filter units ranging from 1R to 9R are available as optional downstream configurations.
The electrical system is equipped with automatic shutdown protection against electric leakage and overload for motor safety. An over‑pressure protector guards the hydraulic circuit. The built‑in switchover device enables flexible switching between oil‑extraction and filtration modes. Alarm and stop‑trigger devices activate once filter cartridges get clogged.
Composed of an independent feed pump, vacuum gauge, pressure gauge and multiple parallel‑connected filter barrels, the equipment performs non‑stop oil purification. It removes particulate pollutants and moisture from oil and achieves an oil cleanliness grade up to NAS1638‑3.
