This oil purifier adopts a dedicated pump for high‑viscosity medium. It delivers steady non‑pulsating fluid flow with low noise, slight vibration and outstanding self‑priming performance.
A coarse strainer before the oil pump protects the pump and prolongs the service life of the main filter cartridge. A‑B dual‑stage filter assemblies behind the pump support optional single‑stage or two‑stage fine filtration. The built‑in overflow‑protection device effectively safeguards the oil circuit system.
An integrated motor protector prevents motor damage from overload. A pressure gauge installed on the control panel constantly displays system operating state and filter‑cartridge contamination. Fine‑filter elements with customizable precision are available, and a differential‑pressure‑alarm function is optional.
The machine is compatible with multiple corrosive media and can withstand working temperature up to 200℃. It is specially designed for filling and filtration of high‑viscosity oil.
