1. Product Overview
H Beam is an economical cross-section structural steel with H-shaped profile. Its flange plate is parallel and thickness uniform, bringing outstanding load-bearing performance. As a key material for steel structure construction, H Beam effectively reduces engineering weight and shortens construction cycle.
H Section Steel is the standard general term for H-shaped structural steel in international steel trade. H Section Steel features reasonable section distribution, strong torsional resistance and convenient connection, widely adopted for large steel frame projects all over the world.
Hot Rolled H Beam refers to H beam manufactured by continuous hot rolling process. Hot Rolled H Beam has compact internal metallographic structure, stable mechanical properties and complete size series, satisfying massive procurement requirements of various infrastructure and industrial projects.

2.1 Classification by Section Specification
Wide Flange H Beam (HW): Used for load-bearing columns, suitable for high-rise buildings and heavy load frame structures
Medium Flange H Beam (HM): Applied as beam and column for industrial workshops, multi-story buildings
Narrow Flange H Beam (HN: Mainly used as bearing beams for roofs, floors and platform structures

3. Production Process Flow
All H Beam, H Section Steel and Hot Rolled H Beam are manufactured via advanced continuous hot rolling production lines:
Steel billet incoming inspection
Even heating inside reheating furnace
Breakdown rolling, universal rolling and edger rolling forming
Online controlled cooling
Leveling to eliminate bending deformation
Fixed-length cutting, end trimming
Dimension inspection, surface testing and sampling inspection
Bundling, marking and warehousing

Protect flange and web surface to prevent impact scratches and deformation.
