Flexible graphite self-sealing ring (graphite packing ring), molded and wound from high-purity expanded graphite, in pure graphite and 304 metal-reinforced versions, with a 45° bevel cut for easy installation on valve stems and pump shafts; features a self-tightening effect, resistant to high temperature and high pressure, self-lubricating without damaging the shaft, suitable for power plant valves, high-temperature oil pumps, and reactor agitator seals, all sizes in stock, supporting customization of any irregular non-standard dimensions. [Product Introduction] This product is a flexible graphite self-sealing ring (graph packing ring), made by spirally winding high-purity low-sulfur expanded graphite paper and integral mold pressing, it is a self-tightening seal specifically for valve stems pump shafts, and plunger shafts, complying with the JB/T6617 national standard. Mainly divided into 3 structures: 45° Bevel Cut Version: Easy install and disassemble, directly slipped onto the shaft, universal for small and medium-sized valves; Integral Molded Square Ring: One-piece molding, tight sealing, used for and low-pressure water pumps and agitator tanks; Metal-Reinforced / V-Shaped Wedge Ring: Built-in 304 stainless steel wire mesh / steel foil significantly improved pressure resistance, specifically for power plants and high-temperature high-pressure steam. [Five Core Advantages] Self-tightening rebound, dynamic sealing without leakage ite itself is elastic, automatically expanding under pressure to fill the gap between the shaft and the packing box, maintaining continuous sealing under temperature and pressure fluctuations, eliminating leaks, replacing traditional braided, and offering stronger sealing stability. Ultra-wide temperature range, specifically for high-temperature conditions Maximum temperature resistance of 550°C in non-oxidizing, long-term stable from -200°C to 450°C, suitable for steam, heat transfer oil, high-temperature hot oil, and waste boilers, does not crack at low temperatures or pulverize at high temperatures. Self-lubricating without damaging the shaft, reducing equipment wear Natural lubricating properties of graphite, friction coefficient for reciprocating rotation of the shaft, will not scratch valve stems or pump shafts, significantly extending the service life of shaft components and reducing the frequency of downtime for maintenance.Broad-spectrum corrosion resistance, suitable for most media Resistant to hot water, steam, oil and gas, weak acids and bases, organic solvents, ammonia water, etc., universal pH 0-14 (not suitable for concentrated nitric acid and strong oxidizing media), a universal sealing component for chemical plants and power plants.
