I. Introduction Graphite packing rings are integrally molded from high-purity expanded flexible graphite They can be reinforced with nickel wire or stainless steel wire, offering high temperature resistance, high thermal conductivity, self-lubrication, and strong sealing performance. Suitable for boilers steam valves, heat transfer oil pumps, and reactor agitator shafts, the finished rings can be installed directly. They are asbestos-free and environmentally friendly, supporting various non-standard customizations inner and outer diameters. II. Material and Production Process Base Material Made from high-purity flexible expanded graphite, the graphite is soft and dense, possessing natural self-ricating, heat-conducting, and sealing characteristics. It is available in four types: pure graphite without wire, nickel wire reinforced graphite ring, stainless steel wire reinforced graphite ring, PTFE impregnated graphite ring. Compression Molding Process Graphite raw materials are placed into specialized molds and integrally molded under high temperature and high pressure to form standard ring-shaped packing The structure is dense, does not shed powder, and is not prone to delamination or cracking. The reinforced models feature embedded metal wires to enhance strength and prevent extrusion under high pressure Surface Treatment Optional PTFE impregnation treatment is available to improve resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, making it suitable for corrosive chemical environments. III. Core Product AdvantagesUltra-high temperature resistance and fast heat dissipation Pure graphite can be used long-term at 650°C, while metal-reinforced models can withstand short-term up to 800°C. With excellent thermal conductivity, it prevents heat accumulation and shaft burning during high-speed, high-temperature rotation, making it the preferred choice steam and heat transfer oil equipment. Self-lubricating and shaft-friendly The natural lubricating properties of graphite result in an extremely low friction coefficient. It operates without damaging pump, valve stems, or agitator shafts, reducing the wear and replacement costs of shaft sleeves. Strong sealing and suitable for high-pressure conditions The high-density compression molding provides pressure rebound, making it difficult for high-pressure steam or hot oil media to leak. The nickel wire reinforced model is extrusion-resistant and does not easily deform or crumble under-pressure conditions. Corrosion resistance to various media It withstands high-temperature steam, heat transfer oil, oil products, hot water, and weak acids/alkalis. PTFE impregnated model is compatible with various chemical solvents and acid-alkali media. Integrally molded and easy to install The finished rings are regular and circular, requiring no on-site or weaving. They can be directly slipped onto the shaft and laid in multiple overlapping layers, saving construction time and minimizing sealing gaps. Asbestos-free and environmentally friendly It no harmful asbestos substances, meeting the environmental acceptance standards of power plants, chemical industries, and the boiler industry. Stable rebound and long service life It is not prone to permanent under long-term high-temperature pressure. The gland packing does not require frequent tightening, reducing the maintenance frequency of the equipment. IV.
