1. Product Overview

Steel strand is made by twisting multiple high-strength steel wires tightly together and undergoing stress relief stabilization treatment. It boasts high tensile strength, low relaxation, strong anti-fatigue performance and compact structure. It is a key prestressing material widely applied in bridge engineering, highway construction, high-rise buildings, slope anchoring and other infrastructure projects.

6.1 Export Packing Standard

Each steel strand coil is wrapped with inner anti-rust paper and outer waterproof plastic film, then reinforced with steel strips. Large coils are fixed on fumigated wooden pallets for container shipment to avoid moisture and mechanical damage. Unbonded strands are protected by integral plastic sleeves to prevent grease leakage.

Each coil is labeled with product type, nominal diameter, tensile strength grade, coil weight, total length, execution standard, factory batch number and manufacturer information.
