Product Introduction
This 180 tpd rotary dryer for pelletizing line sawdust processing is a professional large-capacity continuous drying equipment tailored for biomass pellet production pre-treatment scenarios. It adopts a high-precision constant-moisture-control, high-throughput and low-energy-consumption structure adapted to the characteristics of strict moisture requirements, no impurity pollution and high forming rate of raw sawdust for biomass pelletizing lines, with a daily processing capacity of 180 tons of wet raw sawdust. It can reduce the moisture content of raw materials from 50%~63% to the optimal 9%~13% required for subsequent pellet mill pressing at one time, and the dried sawdust can be directly and stably fed into the next-stage pelletizing system. It is the core pre-drying equipment to ensure the high density, low breakage rate and stable calorific value of finished biomass pellets.

Working Principle
The obliquely installed heavy-duty multi-cylinder insulation main body is driven by a high-torque stable transmission system to rotate at a uniform low speed. The wet raw sawdust is fed into the inner cylinder, and the fine-grained materials are continuously lifted and scattered by the built-in high-efficiency grading lifting plates as the cylinder rotates, fully contacting with the clean hot air flow without impurity pollution. The moisture in the sawdust is precisely and evenly evaporated through the multi-stage independent constant temperature zones, and the dried sawdust that meets the pelletizing line feeding standards is stably discharged from the discharging end, completing the 180-ton daily continuous drying process.

The high-precision constant-moisture-control system ensures that the moisture deviation of finished sawdust is ≤±0.9%, which greatly improves the pellet forming rate and the finished product density, making the product fully meet the quality standards of commercial biomass fuel pellets.
