conductivity, strength, hardness, wear-resistance, ductility and corrosion-resistance.
Brasses are available in a wide range of colors such as yellow, red, silver and gold etc. These colored brasses are used by
designers and architects to improve the inside and outside appearances of buildings.
UNS C28000 alloys are a type of brass alloys.
C2800 Forging Threaded Straight or Reducing Nipple Introduction
The H62 brass is forged nipple, making it a universal connection piece for piping and electrical assembly. The middle section of the main body is a hexagonal prism, and both ends are precisely machined with standard external threads. It is suitable for various internal thread pipe fittings, valves, and plate connections. Compared to the integrated forming by turning, the forging process results in a denser internal structure without sand holes or pores, significantly improving the pressure-bearing and torsion resistance. The thread rolling processing has a uniform and smooth texture, ensuring a tight fit without slippage. When paired with a sealing tape, it can achieve reliable sealing. The product also possesses the core advantages of brass, being resistant to water vapor, acid, and alkali corrosion. It is less prone to rust in humid, water supply and drainage, and outdoor conditions. It has excellent electrical conductivity and heat conductivity, and is non-magnetic. It is suitable for circuit grounding and instrument cabinet isolation assembly. The soft texture allows for easy disassembly without damaging the mating threads, and the golden yellow metal appearance adds decorative appeal. The hexagonal structure in the middle section is suitable for wrenches and pipe wrenches for clamping, making installation and disassembly convenient. It supports multiple standard sizes in both metric and imperial systems and covers scenarios such as water heating pipe systems, air conditioning hydraulic systems, electronic PCB isolation, and small equipment assembly. The product is suitable for low-pressure water supply and drainage, HVAC valves, instruments and electrical equipment, and small hydraulic pipe systems. It can be polished or treated with passivation to prevent oxidation as per requirements. The processing accuracy meets national standards, and it can be reused for disassembly. It is a universal hardware component that combines sealing, anti-corrosion, and electrical conductivity requirements.

1.Precise cutting: Cut the brass rods according to the product specifications, ensuring uniform length and correcting the end faces. Remove any warped or defective raw materials to guarantee consistent product dimensions.
2. Integrated forging process: Utilize cold forging technology for extrusion processing, forming the hexagonal shape in the middle of the metal; compress the internal structure of the metal to eliminate air holes and sand holes, enhancing torsional and compressive strength, which is superior to ordinary turned parts.
3. Fine polishing: Smooth the edges and corners of the raw material, remove the forging burrs, align the ends for coaxiality, polish the end faces, and prevent installation jamming or air leakage in the seal.
4. Precision threading: Use a dedicated threading machine to process the external threads at both ends, preserving the metal fiber structure. The thread profile is full, wear-resistant, and has better sealing performance.
5. Cleaning and anti-oxidation: Use ultrasonic cleaning to remove oil stains and metal debris, perform passivation anti-oxidation treatment to prevent the brass from blackening and oxidizing, thereby extending the service life.
6. Quality inspection: Conduct thread pass/failure inspection, appearance screening, and pressure testing inspection. Check for cracks, missing teeth, and deformed defective products. After passing the inspection, pack and ship the products.
