C276 Introduction
Super alloys or high performance alloys are available in a variety of shapes and contain elements in different combinations to obtain a specific result. These alloys are of three types that include iron-based, cobalt-based and nickel-based alloys. The ickel-based and cobalt-based super alloys are available as cast or wrought based alloys according to composition and application.
Super alloys have good oxidation and creep resistance and can be strengthened by precipitation hardening, solid-solution hardening and work hardening methods. They can also function under high mechanical stress and high temperatures and also in places that require high surface stability. HASTELLOY(r) C276 is a wrought corrosion-resistant alloy that resists the development of grain boundary precipitates that degrade corrosion resistance.

C276 Forging Technology Threaded Latrolet Introduction
The forged threaded Latrolet is a high-pressure forged pipe reinforced pipe fitting. It is made of high-quality carbon steel, alloy steel or stainless steel solid bars and is integrally forged. It is formed in one piece without welds, has strong pressure resistance and high structural stability. The product adopts a 45° inclined branch pipe structure, which is suitable for industrial pipeline oblique pressure induction, branch sampling, and instrument connection working conditions. Compared with the conventional positive branch pipe platform, the product has wider adaptability, and the installation is not limited by pipeline space. The body has undergone high-temperature forging and quenching and tempering heat treatment, and has a dense metallographic structure, effectively eliminating pores, slag inclusions, and cracking problems. It is high-pressure and impact-resistant, and is suitable for high-pressure pipeline systems in petroleum, chemical, thermal, and pressure vessels. The interface adopts precision turning thread processing, with standard thread accuracy, tight bite, and excellent sealing; the base fits the main tube with precise curvature, the contact surface is flat, and welding and installation are convenient. The whole body has undergone non-destructive testing, dimensional verification, and pressure testing. It is corrosion-resistant, has a long service life, and does not require subsequent maintenance. It is a non-standard forging specially used for high-pressure pipeline shunting and instrument pressure taking.

C276 Forging Technology Threaded Latrolet Product Processing
1.Raw Material Preparation: Select qualified carbon steel and stainless steel solid bars. Verify the material upon arrival, cut and blank, and grind to remove surface burrs and oxide stains.
2. High-Temperature Forging: Heat the billet to a forging constant temperature, place it in a special mold, and forge under high pressure to form the main body of the inclined pipe platform in one piece. Remove excess flash and check for forging cracks and defects.
3. Heat Treatment: Perform tempering heat treatment on the forging to eliminate forging internal stress, refine the metal grains, and improve the pressure resistance and toughness of the pipe fitting. Then, shot blast to remove surface oxide scale.
4. Precision Machining: CNC machine the arc-shaped mating surface of the base, drill oblique through holes, precision machine the connecting threads, chamfer the edges and corners, remove machining burrs, and ensure assembly accuracy.
5. Flaw Detection: Conduct non-destructive testing, dimensional verification, and pressure testing to check for internal porosity and cracks.
6. Surface Treatment and Warehousing: Remove rust and perform rust prevention treatment on the finished product. After verifying that the appearance is qualified, package and warehousing.
