Alloy 625 Introduction
Super alloys are also referred to as high performance alloys. They can function at high temperatures and mechanical stress, and are formed in different shapes. They are strengthened by work hardening, solid-solution hardening, and precipitation hardening.
There are three groups of alloys, namely cobalt-based, nickel-based, and iron-based super alloys.
Altemp 625™ is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum wrought alloy. It has an ability to withstand stress-corrosion cracking and
intergranular attack. The following sections with discuss about Altemp 625™ in detail.
Butt Welding Tees Introduction
Tee fittings—also known as pipe tees or tee connectors—are primarily used to change the direction of fluid flow, typically where a branch line connects to a main pipeline. They can be classified based on pipe diameter and are generally manufactured from materials such as carbon steel, cast steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum alloy, plastic, and PVC.
The three-way fitting is a core pipe component for pipe diversion and convergence. It is widely used in home decoration water supply and drainage, municipal pipelines, fire protection, chemical industries, etc. In home decoration, it is relied upon for water supply branch lines and the collection of kitchen and bathroom drainage; in industrial pipelines, it is used to distribute the flow direction of the medium; in fire protection pipelines, it branches into spray pipe routes. The integral three-way elbow can simultaneously turn and divert, reducing joint leakage, adapting to narrow ceiling spaces, and being easy to install, suitable for various types of plastic and metal pipes.

1. Raw Material Preparation:Select qualified steel pipes/round bars,inspect chemical composition & mechanical properties.
2.Cutting: Cut raw materials into fixed-length blanks by sawing/cutting machine.
3.Heating:Heat blanks to 900-110o°C in heating furnace for plastic forming.
4. Forming: Hot pushing: Push heated blanks via pushing machine to form elbow shape with mold. Hot forging:Forgeblanks intoelbow
roughshape by forging press.
5.Trimming: Remove flash,burrs and excess material from formed elbows.
6. Heat Treatment: Quench + temper to improve hardness,toughness and corosion resistance.
7. Machining: Process endfaces,inner/outer diameters to meet dimensional accuracy.
8.sufacetreatment:derustviashotblastingpickngthedoanticorrosioncatingpaintinggalanizing
9.Inspection: Checkdimensions,appearance,non-destructive testing (UT,RT) and pressure test.
10. Packing & Storage: Pack qualified elbows and store in dry, ventilated warehouse.
