Product Introduction
This 100TPH rotary dryer manufactured by Chinese factories is a large-scale continuous industrial drying equipment tailored for high-yield material drying scenarios. It adopts a multi-cylinder insulation and anti-corrosion structure, with a stable hourly processing capacity of 100 tons, and supports 24-hour uninterrupted operation. It can efficiently dry materials such as mineral powder, ore, coal slime, sand and grain, and is widely used in mining, building materials, chemical industry and other fields.Working Principle
The inclined heavy-duty drying cylinder is driven by a stable transmission system to rotate at a set low speed. The wet materials are continuously fed into the cylinder from the high end, and move forward slowly under the action of the rotating cylinder and the hot air flow. The built-in lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the materials, making the materials fully contact with the high-temperature hot air flow to complete the rapid heat and mass transfer, and the dried materials are stably discharged from the low end, realizing the continuous large-capacity drying process.Core Features
This product has multiple targeted advantages. The optimized insulation structure effectively reduces heat loss, and the energy consumption is more than 20% lower than that of ordinary dryers. The thickened anti-wear and anti-corrosion cylinder can adapt to the long-term drying of high-hardness mineral materials, with extremely low failure rate and long service life. The 100TPH stable high-yield performance perfectly matches the large-scale continuous production demand of industrial sites. It supports customized adjustment of internal structure and heating mode according to different material characteristics, with strong adaptability.
