This system is widely used in acid-base exhaust gas treatment systems and has corrosion resistance. It is mainly used in exhaust gas treatment projects in industries such as semiconductors, PCBs, chemicals, electroplating, printing plants, laboratories, and chemicals.
Usually, FRP tail gas absorption towers and acid gas scrubbing purification towers mainly treat harmful gases such as hydrogen chloride (HCl) gas, hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas, acid mist (H2S04), chromic acid mist (CrO3), hydrogen cyanide (HCN) gas, hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia (NH3), and alkaline vapor, which are water-soluble gases. Sodium hydroxide is used as the absorption and neutralization solution, with a solution concentration of 2 - 6%, and the purification efficiency is above 95% - 98%.
The acid gas absorption tower has the advantages of high efficiency, strong corrosion resistance, high strength, low noise, low power consumption, small size, convenient disassembly, repair, lightness, and beautiful appearance.
