1. Product Overview
Prestressed concrete steel strand is high-strength wire strand manufactured from high carbon wire rod SWRH82B via cold drawing, stranding and stabilizing low-temperature stress relieving treatment. The mainstream structure is 1×7 seven-wire strand, plus 1×2,1×3,1×19 multi-wire specifications. It is classified into three series: smooth low-relaxation steel strand, indented steel strand and hot-dip galvanized anti-corrosion steel strand.
Featuring high tensile strength, large elastic modulus, low stress relaxation rate, good flexibility and strong bonding force with concrete, it is the core prestressed load-bearing material for bridges, high-speed rail box girders, high-rise buildings, rock slope anchoring, nuclear power and wind power tanks.
