The flat cable VFB for cranes is used in power, control, lighting, communication and other lines of mechanical equipment such as traveling cranes, trolleys and hoists. It has tensile resistance, tear resistance, oil resistance,
wear resistance, cold resistance, weather resistance, flexibility and bending resistance.
Conductor: Finely stranded oxygen-free bare copper wire, complying with VDEO295 CLASS 5 or 6
Conductor class: Complying with IEC 60228 cl. 5 standard
Insulation: Special nitrile blended insulation
Stranding: In-line arrangement for general cores; quincunx arrangement for 24 cores
Reinforcement (optional): Two galvanized soft steel wires (when the free suspension exceeds 80 meters) or fiber aramid yarn (optional)
Sheath: Special blended nitrile with specific characteristics
