1. Product Overview
Pressure Vessel Plate is a special medium & heavy steel plate manufactured in accordance with domestic pressure equipment standards and ASME/EU standards. Produced by refined clean steel slab controlled rolling, matched with normalizing, tempering and quenching & tempering heat treatment, it strictly controls harmful impurities S & P. It features stable high-temperature strength, low-temperature impact toughness, hydrogen-induced cracking resistance and excellent weldability, specially used for core pressure-bearing components of boilers, storage tanks, reactors and heat exchangers.

6. Complete Production Process
Slab steelmaking → LF+VD vacuum refining impurity removal → Slab heating → Controlled temperature rolling → Straightening → Heat treatment (Normalizing / Tempering / Quench & Temper) → Shot blasting surface cleaning → Full-plate ultrasonic inspection → Dimensional recheck → Marking & stenciling → Fixed-length cutting → Anti-rust treatment → Strapping & delivery

Dimensional Inspection: Thickness, width, length, flatness, camber, edge burr
Surface Inspection: Cracks, scabs, lamination, scratches and oxide scale defects
Chemical Analysis: Spectrum test for C, Si, Mn, S, P and alloy elements, S ≤0.015% strictly controlled
Mechanical Properties: Yield strength, tensile strength, percentage elongation, room & low temperature impact energy
Process Test: Cold bending test, welding procedure qualification test piece
Non-destructive Testing: Full-plate ultrasonic testing, optional MT/PT magnetic particle & penetrant inspection

Each plate coated with anti-rust primer, edge iron protectors, fixed on solid anti-slip wooden pallets and bundled with steel strips, moisture-proof for sea transportation; ultra-heavy wide plates can be bare packed with rain tarpaulin.
Stock ready within 5-7 days, container loading at Tianjin Port. FOB, CIF, CFR trade terms acceptable.
