1. Product Overview
Boiler Steel Plate refers to special pressure-bearing steel plate for boilers, manufactured in accordance with GB/T 713-2023. It is specially developed for industrial boilers, power station boilers and waste heat boilers & high-temperature steam heat exchange equipment. Produced by rolling fully killed clean steel slabs refined via LF+VD vacuum degassing, it strictly controls harmful impurities sulfur and phosphorus. Its core advantages include high-temperature long-term strength, creep resistance, thermal fatigue resistance under alternating cold & hot cycles and stable high-temperature weldability. It bears alternating high temperature & high pressure steam loads for long-term service, serving as core pressure-bearing plate for boiler drums, headers, superheaters, water walls and boiler heads.

6. Complete Production Process
Converter steelmaking → LF refining + VD vacuum degassing impurity removal → Continuous casting slab reheating → High-pressure water descaling → TMCP controlled rolling → Hot straightening → Heat treatment (Normalizing / Tempering / QT) → Surface grinding & cleaning → Full-plate ultrasonic testing → Dimensional re-inspection → Material marking stenciling → CNC fixed-length cutting → Anti-rust coating → Wooden pallet strapping & delivery

Dimensional Inspection: Thickness, width, length, flatness, camber, edge burr
Surface Inspection: Full inspection for cracks, scabs, lamination, scratches and oxide scale defects
Chemical Spectrum Analysis: Strictly controlled S≤0.015%, P≤0.025% with ultra-low impurities
High-temperature Mechanical Properties: Yield strength, tensile strength, percentage elongation and impact energy at room & design temperature
Process Test: 180° cold bending test, welding procedure qualification test piece
Non-destructive Testing: Full-plate ultrasonic inspection to detect internal lamination, shrinkage cavities and microcracks
