1. Product Overview
Steel Sheet Pile (Larssen Sheet Pile) is hot rolled or cold-formed section steel with interlocking clutches on both sides. Continuous interlocking connection forms an impermeable wall for soil and water retaining. It is divided into hot rolled sheet pile (for heavy-duty deep water permanent projects) and cold formed sheet pile (for temporary foundation pits & shallow water cofferdams). Featuring large section modulus, excellent watertight interlock, recyclability and fast construction speed, it is widely used in municipal foundation pits, port quay walls, river cofferdams, flood dykes and land reclamation projects.

Hot Rolled Sheet Pile Process
Slab heating → High-pressure water descaling → Universal mill continuous interlock forming → Hot straightening → Cooling & fixed-length cutting → End grinding → Full dimensional inspection → Marking stenciling → Anti-rust treatment → Strapping & warehousing
Cold Formed Sheet Pile Process
Hot rolled coil uncoiling → Continuous roller cold bending interlock forming → Straightening → Fixed-length cutting → Surface cleaning → Strapping & warehousing

Stock ready within 5-7 days, container loading at Tianjin Port. FOB, CIF, CFR trade terms acceptable.
