1. Product Overview
Cast pipes are metal pipes formed by molten steel/iron casting process. Molten metal is poured into customized casting molds, cooled and solidified to form integral tubular workpieces. They feature thick wall, high structural rigidity, strong pressure bearing capacity and excellent wear & corrosion resistance. Different from seamless rolled tubes, cast pipes can be manufactured with complex integrated structures such as flanges, bosses and branch pipes in one-piece casting, widely used for heavy-duty, high-pressure and corrosive medium transportation projects.
