1. Product Overview
Color Coated Steel Coil, also known as prepainted steel coil (PPGI / PPGL), adopts hot-dip galvanized, galvalume, zinc-aluminum-magnesium or cold rolled steel coils as substrates. After degreasing and chemical passivation pretreatment, it is coated with topcoat and back coat via two-coating two-baking roller coating line, then cured under high temperature baking. It combines high strength & excellent bending/stamping performance of steel with anti-corrosion, weather-resistant and colorful decorative features of organic coating. No on-site painting required for fast construction, widely used as core metal sheet raw material for construction, home appliances and new energy industries.

7. Complete Two-Coating Two-Baking Production Process
Uncoiling → Coil stitching → Degreasing cleaning → Pure water rinsing → Drying → Chemical passivation pretreatment → Primer roller coating → High temperature curing → Cooling → Top coat roller coating → Secondary curing → Air cooling → Online surface inspection → PVC film lamination → Slitting / longitudinal cutting → Strapping & warehousing

Surface inspection: missing coating, scratches, bubbles, color difference, roll marks, impurity particles

Each coil wrapped with multi-layer waterproof anti-rust paper inside & outside, bundled with steel strips, fixed on solid anti-slip wooden pallets with edge iron protectors to avoid collision, moisture-proof for sea transportation.
Stock ready within 5-7 days, container loading at Tianjin Port. FOB, CIF, CFR trade terms acceptable.
