Product Introduction
This flotation cell for high capacity mining plant is a large-scale high-efficiency beneficiation separation equipment tailored for large mines with daily processing capacity of thousands of tons. It adopts a large-volume tank body and optimized high-load stirring structure, which can be seamlessly connected with the high-flow pulp conveying system of large concentrators. It is specially designed for large-scale separation scenarios of various non-ferrous metals, precious metals and iron ores, and can stably and efficiently complete the flotation operation under the condition of ultra-large pulp throughput.
Working Principle
The high-power optimized stirring system generates strong and stable negative pressure, which can suck in a large amount of air and high-flow pulp at the same time. The internal large-flow circulation structure fully mixes the pulp, air and flotation reagents to produce a large number of uniform and fine micro-bubbles. A large number of target mineral particles quickly attach to the bubble surface and rise to form a thick and stable froth layer. The high-efficiency froth scraping device continuously discharges the high-concentration concentrate froth, and the remaining pulp flows smoothly to the subsequent process units, ensuring that the separation efficiency will not decrease under high load.

This product has multiple targeted advantages for high capacity mining plants. The single tank has a large processing capacity, which can greatly reduce the number of flotation units required for the concentrator, effectively saving the plant floor space and overall investment. The optimized low-energy design greatly reduces the power consumption per ton of ore, significantly cutting the long-term operation cost of large mines. The key components adopt enhanced wear-resistant design, which can adapt to 24-hour continuous high-intensity operation, and the service life is far longer than that of ordinary small flotation cells. It can be flexibly combined with other large-scale beneficiation equipment to form a fully automatic high-capacity flotation production line.
