Working Principle
The optimized international standard stirring and aeration system generates stable and sufficient negative pressure to continuously suck in air and raw ore pulp. The precisely designed internal flow field structure fully mixes pulp, air and flotation reagents to produce a large number of uniform micro-bubbles. Target mineral particles selectively attach to the bubble surface and rise to form a stable froth layer. The froth carrying target minerals is scraped out as qualified concentrate, while the remaining pulp flows smoothly to subsequent process units, maintaining stable and efficient separation performance under different working conditions.
