Product Introduction
This mining ball mill for copper concentrator plant is a professional heavy-duty grinding equipment tailored for large-scale copper ore concentration and processing scenarios. It adopts a targeted structural design that perfectly matches the copper flotation process requirements, covering full-series specifications from medium-sized industrial units to large-scale continuous grinding systems. It can efficiently complete the monomer dissociation of copper minerals and gangue, and the ground qualified pulp can be directly sent to the subsequent flotation operation, which is the core front-end grinding equipment to ensure the copper concentrate grade and recovery rate of the concentrator.
Working Principle
The heavy-duty cylinder is driven by a high-power low-consumption transmission system to rotate at a precisely controlled constant speed, driving the built-in graded high-chromium wear-resistant steel balls to rise to the optimal height along the thickened corrugated liner and then fall in a parabolic trajectory. The copper raw ore is continuously and stably fed into the cylinder, and is fully crushed and ground by the strong impact force of the steel balls and the continuous grinding effect between the media and ore particles. The ground pulp that meets the flotation feed fineness requirement (usually -200 mesh accounts for 65%~80%) is stably discharged through the overflow or grid discharge port, and then enters the classifier to form a closed-circuit grinding system, realizing continuous and efficient operation

The optimized grinding parameters can stably control the pulp fineness, fully dissociate copper minerals, and significantly improve the flotation recovery rate and concentrate grade. The heavy-duty reinforced structure can adapt to 24-hour uninterrupted high-load operation, with extremely low failure rate and long service life. The energy-saving design effectively reduces the power consumption per ton of ore, cutting the long-term operation cost of the concentrator. It can be seamlessly connected with subsequent flotation units, making the whole copper beneficiation process more smooth
