Product Introduction
This flotation cell for industrial mining solution is a standardized, high-reliability beneficiation separation equipment tailored for large and medium-sized industrial mining projects. It strictly complies with industrial mining safety and manufacturing specifications, covers full-series specifications from 5m³ to 200m³ single-tank volume, and can be widely used in the flotation separation of gold, copper, iron, lithium and various non-metallic ores. It can be flexibly combined to form a complete industrial-scale flotation production line, supporting the stable and efficient operation of large concentrators with daily processing capacity of thousands to tens of thousands of tons.
Working Principle
The industrial-grade enhanced mechanical stirring system generates stable and sufficient negative pressure to continuously suck in air and large-flow raw ore pulp. The optimized internal flow field structure fully mixes pulp, air and flotation reagents to produce a large number of uniform and dense micro-bubbles. Target mineral particles selectively attach to the bubble surface and rise to form a stable froth layer. The high-efficiency froth scraping device continuously discharges the concentrate froth, while the remaining pulp flows smoothly to subsequent process units, maintaining continuous and efficient separation performance under long-term high-load industrial operation.
