Product Introduction
This ball mill for gold tailings regrinding system is a professional fine grinding equipment tailored for gold tailings resource recovery scenarios. It adopts a low-impact, high-uniformity grinding structure, covering full-series specifications from small test units to large industrial continuous regrinding systems. It can perform ultra-fine grinding on gold tailings that have completed the primary beneficiation, fully dissociate the residual fine-grained wrapped gold, and the ground ultra-fine pulp can be directly connected to the subsequent tailings re-separation process, which is the core equipment to improve the comprehensive recovery rate of gold resources.
Working Principle
The low-speed stable rotating cylinder drives the built-in small-diameter graded wear-resistant steel balls to rise to a reasonable height along the special fine-grinding liner and then fall in a gentle trajectory. The gold tailings raw material with low hardness and fine particle size is stably fed into the cylinder, and the residual wrapped gold in the tailings is fully dissociated through the uniform grinding effect between the media, without causing excessive over-grinding. The ultra-fine pulp that meets the re-separation fineness requirement (200-400 mesh) is stably discharged through the overflow discharge port, completing the whole tailings regrinding process.

The high material adaptability can handle various types of gold tailings, and the operation energy consumption is low. It can be seamlessly connected with the original tailings treatment process of the gold plant, and the transformation cost is low.
