Product Introduction
The 800TPD African Mining Rotary Kiln is a complete mineral calcination equipment system with a daily capacity of 800 tons, designed to adapt to African mining conditions. It is mainly used for high-temperature roasting, impurity removal, upgrading, and modification of various ores such as gold ore, copper ore, manganese ore, and limestone. The equipment integrates feeding, preheating, calcination, cooling, dust collection, and intelligent control systems into a unified production line. Working Principle
After crushing and screening, the mineral raw materials are fed into the system. Waste heat from the kiln tail is first used to dry the materials and remove impurities. The materials then enter the rotary kiln, where they are lifted and rolled forward uniformly through kiln rotation, completing calcination, activation, and purification under a constant high-temperature environment. The processed materials are then rapidly cooled and discharged. The entire system adopts waste heat recycling and intelligent automatic control, enabling 24-hour continuous production. Exhaust gases are treated through purification systems to meet environmental emission standards.
