Product Introduction
The 1000TPD International Mining Rotary Kiln is a large-scale standardized mineral calcination complete equipment system designed for global mining projects, with a daily capacity of 1,000 tons. It is widely applicable to the roasting, activation, impurity removal, upgrading, and mineral modification of both metallic and non-metallic ores such as copper, gold, manganese, iron, and limestone. The entire production line is a standardized EPC turnkey system integrating fully automatic feeding, preheating and calcination, cooling and discharge, intelligent control, and environmental dust removal modules. It is designed to adapt to different mining environments, fuel types, and environmental standards worldwide. With large capacity, stable operation, and strong universality, it is an ideal solution for large-scale standardized mineral deep processing in global mining projects.
Working Principle
After crushing and screening pretreatment, the raw ore is fed into the production line. Waste heat from the kiln tail is used to dry the material and remove dust and moisture. The material then enters the rotary kiln, where it moves forward uniformly while rotating, and is evenly heated under a precisely controlled constant-temperature environment to complete high-temperature calcination, activation, and purification. The finished product is cooled and discharged. The entire system adopts a waste heat recycling and energy-saving process. The intelligent control system automatically regulates operating parameters, enabling 24-hour continuous full-load production. Exhaust gases are treated to meet environmental emission standards.
