Product Introduction
The 500TPD Chile Mining Rotary Kiln is a complete set of high-temperature mineral calcination equipment specially customized for mining areas in Chile, with a daily capacity of 500 tons. It is mainly designed for small and medium-sized mines for mineral activation, oxidation, impurity removal, and purification processing. It is widely applicable to copper ore, iron ore, and non-metallic minerals. The entire production line is an integrated turnkey system, including feeding, preheating, calcination, cooling, intelligent control, and environmental dust removal systems. It is adapted to South American mining climate conditions, fuel availability, and local environmental standards. It can be quickly installed and put into production, making it an ideal solution for mine upgrading and large-scale mineral deep processing in Chile.
Working Principle
After crushing and screening, the mineral raw materials are evenly fed into the production line. Waste heat from the kiln tail flue gas is first used for preheating, dehydration, and impurity removal. The material moves forward slowly inside the kiln through the inclination and uniform rotation of the rotary kiln, and fully exchanges heat with the high-temperature flue gas in a counter-current flow. Calcination, activation, and modification are completed within a precisely controlled constant-temperature zone. The qualified calcined materials are rapidly cooled and discharged. The entire process adopts waste heat recycling. The system automatically regulates temperature, airflow, and rotational speed, enabling stable 24-hour continuous production. Exhaust gases are treated to meet environmental discharge standards.
