Paper feeding table: 1. Use high-pressure silent fan (Taiwan vortex air pump) with strong wind power. Combined with copper floating air beads (high-density spacing up to 8cm), the fan can be independently controlled to blow air. It is optional or not. When the fan is turned on to push paper, it is more flexible and convenient. It is suitable for large format and 10cm thick paper. Reduce the resistance and work intensity when feeding out paper, making the positioning of paper push more accurate. 2. The front and rear platforms are made of hard aluminum oxide plates with a thickness of up to 10mm. The hardness reaches 420, the surface is smooth, anti-rust, good toughness and higher wear resistance. The depth of the front platform is up to 520mm and the paper capacity is large. 3. Both sides of the platform adopt thickened aluminum alloy U-shaped stop gauges (8mm). They are not easy to deform and are more stable.
Paper pusher: 1. Paper pusher design: It uses double ball screws and double linear guides, which is not easy to wear and has higher accuracy. The balls and linear guides are located on both sides of the paper pusher platform. When the paper pusher moves forward and backward, the screw rods on both sides will move synchronously. Both sides of the paper pusher are driven at the same time. No matter which side you put the cut material on, the paper pusher will not be skewed. Ball screw: accurate positioning under high-speed operation, small running resistance, not easy to wear, and high positioning accuracy. 2. Paper pusher motor: It uses a servo motor, which is fast and quiet. The power supply is a high-end rail-type power supply to ensure the stability of the motor and there will be no problems after long-term use.
Machine structure: It adopts heavy-duty fuselage structure, thickened knife holder, with a width of up to 17 cm and a thickness of up to 4.8 cm. The heavy-duty gantry is 3 cm thick and the base plate is 4.5 cm thick. This ensures that no deformation will occur under long-term use, effectively ensuring the accuracy of cutting.
Frequency conversion technology: The main cutting motor uses a three-phase motor, which is more stable and more powerful than a single motor. It replaces the original motor capacitor and centrifugal switch to ensure stability during operation. The hydraulic system adopts frequency conversion technology, which can achieve full speed change, reduce damage to the knife strip, reduce noise, and make cutting more stable. Dual-mode paper pressing method: 1. Mechanical foot pedal: The thick chain transmission method is used for foot pressure paper, which is not easy to wear and break, and is better for cutting uneven paper, printing tilt, special-shaped cutting, and high-precision cutting. 2. Electronic paper pressure switch: It adopts a hydraulic layout, which can continuously press the paper without stepping on it. Especially when cutting saddle stitch, you can first use the mechanical foot pedal to position the saddle stitch text, and then use the electronic paper pressure switch to continuously press the paper. There will be no falling knife or other situations.
Dual hydraulic power system (cylinder has multiple oil seal seals): The solenoid valve adopts Japanese Yuken series valve mode to reduce the probability of blockage. The paper pressing method ensures the paper pressing pressure from top to bottom without moving; the paper cutting uses the oil cylinder to directly link the tool holder to reduce pressure waste and is full of power; the British oil seal is used to ensure the quality of the oil seal and is reinforced with multiple oil seals. There will never be oil leakage. The ultra-quiet design makes the sound relatively small during cutting to avoid disturbing people.
Snake-shaped blade: 1. The blade that curves like a snake is installed in the blade fixed groove (linear groove), which will block the snake-shaped blade. The blade will not move during cutting, ensuring the cutting effect of the last piece of paper; 2. Humanized operation design: 1. This machine uses a 15.6-inch smart touch screen for easy operation, and the electronic handwheel fine-tuning is easy to operate; it has 4 sets of cutting records that can quickly call up the previous cutting size during use; the bisection function, when cutting the paper, directly use the bisection function to quickly calculate and is easy to use; use the addition and subtraction functions to meet your cutting needs to achieve fast size calculations, and supports the four arithmetic operations of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, and supports 6 sets of style data selection. 2.
