Introduction to machine features:
1. Heavy-duty paper cutter design: The gantry adopts an integral casting process, which is durable and not easy to deform. There will be no loose screws or desoldering, and it is cast in one piece.
2. Widened and thickened knife holder: It can ensure that the contact area of the cutter is large when it moves up and down, with super stability, high paper cutting accuracy, and no skew, and it can also effectively prevent the deformation of the knife holder.
3. Triple protection is safer: 1. Two-handed cutting, when operating, you must press the cutting button with both hands at the same time, the machine can run, and the paper pressing alone also requires two-handed operation; 2. Six-way infrared grating protection: When the hand reaches the detection area, the machine will automatically stop and alarm; 3. Knife locking device: When the knife holder rises to the highest point, the knife locking device will automatically lock the knife, effectively preventing the knife holder from sliding down, absolutely safe.
4. Swing arm knife holder: cancel the traditional roller slide mode, and adopt the swing arm design according to the structure of German paper cutter, which is evenly stressed and not easy to wear.
5. Paper push structure: It is the first domestic design of hydraulic paper cutter, adopts double guide rails and double screws to drive on both sides at the same time, with high positioning accuracy and no skew.
6. Front platform: It adopts hard anodized aluminum profile (alloy), the platform thickness reaches 10mm, the hardness reaches 420, the surface is flat and smooth, rust-proof, not easy to deform, not easy to scratch, good toughness, higher wear resistance, high-end atmosphere. Thickened aluminum alloy stop gauges (8mm) on both sides and thickened aluminum alloy backrest (8mm) are not easy to deform and more stable.
7. Multifunctional operating system: The paper pressing pressure can be set according to the material being cut to meet different needs; if the size deviates after long-term use, the size can be calibrated on the touch screen without removing the screws, which is more convenient; it can be set according to your own operating needs: automatic book pushing, program control function, segmentation mode and numerical control mode; the machine has shortcut keys A3, A4, A5, A6, and there are 4 groups of custom shortcut keys, which can be moved with one key according to your needs; when the machine fails, it can be troubleshooted according to the alarm information, detection mode, and function debugging, which is very simple and convenient.
8. 10.4-inch touch color screen: easy to touch, clear at a glance, simple and clear operation, and very good touch feel.
