Adopting a precision forming scheme with a forging ratio ≥4.5, combined with staged temperature-controlled heating at 1150-1200℃, metal flow is optimized through V-type anvils to avoid hole wall crack defects, ensuring wall thickness difference ≤1.5mm and metal density ≥99.8%.
Customized Heat Treatment Strengthening
Implementing composite processes of "overall normalizing + tempering" or "quenching and tempering", combined with a slow cooling process, the internal stress elimination rate is ≥98%, and the grain size can reach ASTM Grade 5 or above, improving the overall toughness and fatigue resistance of the connector pipe and avoiding cracking under high-pressure working conditions.
High-Precision Quality Control and Inspection
Key dimensional tolerances ≤±0.5mm, interface flatness ≤0.1mm/m, surface roughness Ra≤1.6μm; passing ultrasonic testing (UT) and magnetic particle testing (MT), meeting the Grade II requirements of JB/T 4728 pressure vessel forging standards, with hydrostatic test pressure reaching 1.5 times the design pressure without leakage.
