1. Product Overview
Steel wire rope is manufactured with high-quality high-carbon steel wire through strict production processes including pickling, phosphating, precise wire drawing, heat treatment, strand twisting and rope closing.
Our wire rope features high tensile strength, excellent flexibility, outstanding wear resistance, compression resistance, fatigue resistance and stable load-bearing performance. No loose strands, no broken wires and no distortion under normal working conditions.
We supply bright steel wire rope, electro-galvanized wire rope and hot-dipped galvanized wire rope for dry indoor working conditions, outdoor environments, coastal salt spray, marine water and heavy mining conditions. All products comply with international standard specifications and are widely exported to Africa, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and Europe for construction lifting, mining hoisting, port loading, ship mooring and mechanical traction.
2. Raw Material & Production Technology
All raw materials adopt premium SWRH72B / SWRH82B high carbon steel rod with low impurity content and uniform metallographic structure, ensuring high strength, high toughness and long service life.
Production Process:
Raw material inspection → Pickling & Phosphating → Wire drawing → Heat tempering treatment → Strand twisting → Rope closing → Oil lubrication → Quality inspection → Breaking force test → Standard packaging
The whole processing eliminates internal stress, guarantees uniform twist and stable overall structure, greatly avoiding loose strands, jump wires and deformation problems.
3. Surface Treatment Types & Features
Bright Steel Wire Rope
With no zinc coating, bright surface and maximum tensile strength. It offers excellent toughness and cost performance.
Application: Indoor lifting, construction hoisting, mechanical traction and dry environment operation.
Electro Galvanized Steel Wire Rope
Uniform thin zinc layer with good anti-rust performance. It keeps good flexibility and is not easy to oxidize.
Application: General outdoor projects, light humidity environment, binding and light-duty lifting.
Hot Dipped Galvanized Steel Wire Rope
Thick and adhesive zinc layer with superior anti-corrosion, anti-rust and salt spray resistance. It is highly resistant to seawater erosion and outdoor weathering.
Application: Seaport, marine engineering, ship mooring, seaside crane and long-term outdoor equipment fixation.

FC VS IWRC
- FC (Fiber Core): Better flexibility, internal oil storage, good lubrication, lower price and shock absorption.
- IWRC (Independent Wire Rope Core): 15%-20% higher breaking force, high temperature resistance, compression resistance and heavy load capacity.
