The inclined tube sedimentation tank is a high-efficiency solid-liquid separation device designed based on the "shallow tank theory". By densely installing honeycomb-shaped inclined tube bundles (usually with an inclination angle of 60°) in the sedimentation area, it transforms the originally deeper sedimentation area into numerous tiny shallow sedimentation units. This device is widely used in municipal sewage, industrial wastewater (such as electroplating, sand washing, and dyeing) and tap water purification. It can greatly shorten the sedimentation distance of particles and significantly improve the sedimentation efficiency. It is a key pre-treatment unit to ensure the stable operation of subsequent processes and the compliance of the effluent.
