I. Overview of the sand-washing sludge dewatering machine:
The ZRDYQ type sand-washing sludge dewatering machine is a new type of high-efficiency continuous solid-liquid separation device. Using polyester mesh as the filtering medium, it can dehydrate various suspensions with a pre-treated moisture content of below 99.5% into cake form through multi-stage pressing (the moisture content after dehydration varies with different materials). This product is a new generation of belt filter press developed and improved by our company, Shandong Zetray Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., based on the latest foreign sludge dewatering technology and the models of Germany's KLEIN Company, Austria's Andritz Company, and France's EMO Company. (This machine can reduce the dosage of chemicals by more than 20%).

II. Application scope of the sand-washing sludge dewatering machine
This product is suitable for the dehydration of mixed sludge, digested sludge, and excess activated sludge produced from urban sewage. It is also widely used for the dehydration of various types of sludge produced in industries such as gold mining, mining, chemical papermaking, printing and dyeing, leather, electroplating, brewing, coal, and sugar production. In particular, it has a better dehydration effect on activated sludge, gold mining sludge, flotation concentrates, and tailings (coal).
III. Working process of the sand-washing sludge dewatering machine
After the sludge is fully mixed with the coagulant, it flows into the feed distributor of the concentration section. The sludge is evenly distributed on the inclined concentration section. Under the action of the two-way dredging of the mud rake and gravity, as the filter belt rotates, the free water in the sludge is quickly removed. After gravity dehydration, the concentrated sludge is transported to the gravity dehydration section of the belt filter press through the reversing mechanism for further dehydration. Then it is fed into the "S"-shaped pressing section. In the "S"-shaped pressing section, the sludge is sandwiched between the upper and lower filter cloths and is repeatedly pressed by several rollers of different diameters to further dehydrate the sludge. Finally, the sludge cake is scraped off by the scraper, and the upper and lower filter nets are continuously and automatically cleaned during operation.
4. Technical Features
1. It is mainly used for the treatment of non-concentrated sludge, with the dual functions of concentration and dewatering, saving civil engineering investment. If it is used for dewatering the concentrated sludge, the treatment capacity is significantly higher than that of simple press dewatering, and the dewatering effect is better.
2. Different pore-sized filter belts are used for the concentration section and the press section respectively, and different linear speeds are adopted, optimizing the solid-liquid separation time.
3. The filter belt can be washed with filtrate, saving the operating cost.
4. The equipment runs continuously with stepless speed regulation.
5. The filter belt is automatically corrected (using pneumatic feedback single-side automatic correction), the filter belt is pneumatically tensioned, and the tension is automatically adjusted.
6. It is easy to operate, runs smoothly, and is convenient to maintain.
