Winery wastewater is organic wastewater with high concentration, high temperature and high suspended solids. The technology of using integrated sewage treatment equipment to solve winery sewage started earlier and developed rapidly. The waste residue in the waste liquid contains crushed cassava peels, rhizomes and other crude fibers, which are insoluble COD in the wastewater; the cellulose and hemicellulose in cassava are polysaccharides, which cannot be used as a carbon source for yeast in alcohol fermentation and remain in the waste liquid, showing as soluble COD; there are also inorganic ash and sediment impurities. These substances increase the difficulty of wastewater treatment. In addition, the winery production wastewater has a large amount of granular and blocky suspended solids, with poor uniformity, and it is an important factor causing oxygen consumption of this type of wastewater. Generally speaking, the integrated sewage treatment equipment for solving winery sewage has the following characteristics:
1. High suspended solids content, with an average suspended solids content of up to 40,000mg/L;
2. High temperature, with an average water temperature of 70°C, and the temperature of the wastewater discharged from the bottom of the distillation kettle is as high as 100°C;
3. High concentration, with a COD of the wastewater up to 20,000 - 30,000, including suspended solids, soluble COD and colloids. Organic matter accounts for 93% - 94%, and inorganic matter accounts for 6% - 7%. The composition of organic matter is carbohydrates, followed by nitrogen-containing compounds, biological bacteria and undecomposed products: such as butanol, ethanol, etc. In addition, there are 500mg/L of organic acids;
4. The wastewater contains about 500mg/L of organic acids, and the wastewater is acidic. In the initial stage of operation, adding alkali or sludge reflux can be considered to balance the pH of the wastewater. After the operation is stable, the system has sufficient buffering capacity, so there is no need to add alkali or reflux;
5. The inorganic matter mainly comes from the dust and impurities in the raw materials.
The horizontal flow dissolved air flotation machine is a commonly used solid-liquid separation equipment in the sewage treatment industry, which can effectively remove suspended solids, oils and colloidal substances in sewage and is the main equipment for the preliminary treatment of sewage.
I. Integrated equipment for winery sewage treatment structural features: The main body of the equipment is a rectangular steel structure. 2. Integrated equipment for winery sewage treatment working principle: The dissolved air tank generates dissolved air water, and the dissolved air water is released under reduced pressure through the releaser into
the water to be treated. The air dissolved in the water is released from the water, forming 20-40um tiny bubbles. The microbubbles combine with the suspended solids in the sewage, making the specific gravity of the suspended solids less than that of water, and gradually floating to the water surface to form scum. There is a scraper system on the water surface to scrape the scum into the sludge tank. The clean water enters the clean water tank through the overflow trough from the lower part.
