The design of the domestic sewage treatment equipment is mainly aimed at domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage treatment. The main treatment method is biological contact oxidation, which is a mature biochemical treatment technology. The water quality parameters are designed and calculated according to the general domestic sewage water quality. The average BOD5 is 200 mg/l, and the effluent BOD5 is designed to be 20 mg/l. It is divided into six parts: (1) Primary sedimentation tank (2) Contact oxidation tank (3) Secondary sedimentation tank (4) Disinfection tank and disinfection device (5) Sludge tank (6) Fan room and fan.

Operation steps of the domestic sewage treatment equipment.
1. Open the inlet and outlet valves, start the equipment's intake pump, and transport the sewage from the regulating tank to the buried sewage treatment equipment;
2. When the water level reaches 1/2 of the height of the equipment 1, stop the pump, open the air inlet valve of the fan, open the air outlet valve of the fan, slowly open the air outlet valve of the fan. After introducing air into the oxidation tank for 48 hours, start the intake port and the elevation. Add sewage to 3/4 of the equipment, and aerate the tank for 24 hours.
3. Touch the packing with your hand and observe the growth of microorganisms in the water until there is a layer of orange-yellow biofilm on the packing. The sewage can be continuously transported to the equipment, and the water volume should be gradually increased to the designed water volume.
4. Regularly observe the growth of microorganisms in the water and control abnormal situations in time.
5. To observe the flow state of the secondary sedimentation tank, the water collection of the outlet weir must be uniform, and the sludge must be discharged every 24 hours. When discharging the sludge, open the solenoid valve and use air lift to lift the sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank to the sludge tank.
6. Add sludge to the disinfection tank as needed. Disinfectants (such as chlorine tablets) and the water from the secondary clarifier are dissolved in the disinfectant basket to achieve the disinfection purpose. After the treated water stays in the clean water tank for about 0.5 hours, it meets the discharge requirements and can be discharged into the external water body.
7. After the equipment is debugged and runs normally, the system can enter the automatic operation mode. Switch the operation of pumps and fans on - site to the automatic operation state. Since the electric operation control cabinet uses the PLC automatic control program, which has been programmed before the equipment leaves the factory (usually switched once per shift), no separate settings are required during operation. 8. According to the environmental protection emission requirements, regularly check the quality of the effluent water to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
The sewage treatment process of the domestic sewage treatment equipment: anaerobic separation tank → biological oxidation tank → oxidation ventilation tank → discharge. The quality of the treated water meets the national standards.
