I. Overview of the manure concentration and dehydration integrated machine:
Biogas residue and biogas slurry can prevent and control crop pests and diseases. They can also be used as additives for pigs, chickens, fish, etc. When used in planting, they not only increase production but also improve quality, and there is no poisoning and pollution from chemical fertilizers and pesticides, meeting the requirements of green agriculture.
The manure from livestock farming contains a large amount of water. The dehydration equipment produced by Shandong Zetray Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. can remove the excess water from the manure, and the filter cake can reach about 40%, saving resources for subsequent processes.

After the concentrated manure is fully mixed with a certain concentration of flocculant in the static and dynamic mixers, the tiny solid particles in the biogas residue coagulate into larger flocculent lumps, and free water is separated at the same time.
The flocculated manure residue is conveyed to the filter belt for concentrated gravity dehydration. Under the action of gravity, the free water is separated, forming a non - flowing biogas residue, which is then clamped between the upper and lower mesh belts.
Under the squeezing force and shearing force from small to large in the wedge - shaped pre - pressing area, low - pressure area, and high - pressure area, the biogas residue is gradually squeezed to achieve a high degree of separation of mud and water, and the filter cake is discharged.
II. Application scope of the manure concentration and dehydration integrated machine
This product is suitable for the dehydration of mixed sludge, digested sludge, and surplus activated sludge produced by urban sewage. It is also widely used for the dehydration of various types of sludge produced in industries such as gold - making, mining, chemical papermaking, printing and dyeing, leather, electroplating, brewing, coal, and sugar - making. III. Working process of the manure concentration and dehydration integrated machine for farms
After the sludge is fully mixed and reacted with the coagulant, it flows into the feed distributor of the concentration section. The sludge is evenly distributed on the inclined concentration section. Under the bidirectional guiding and dredging of the mud rake and the action of gravity, as the filter belt rotates, the free water in the sludge is quickly removed. After gravity dehydration, the concentrated sludge is conveyed to the gravity dehydration section of the belt filter press through the reversing mechanism for further dehydration. Then it is fed into the "S" - shaped pressing section. In the "S" - shaped pressing section, the sludge is sandwiched between the upper and lower filter cloths. After being repeatedly pressed by several rollers of different diameters, the sludge is dehydrated again. Finally, the filter cake is scraped off by the scraper, and the upper and lower mesh belts are continuously and automatically cleaned during operation.
4. Technical Features
1. It is mainly used for the treatment of non - concentrated sludge and has the dual functions of concentration and dehydration, saving civil engineering investment. If it is used for the dehydration of concentrated sludge, the treatment capacity is significantly higher than that of simple press dehydration, and the dehydration effect is better.
2. Filter belts with different pores are used in the concentration section and the press section respectively, and different linear speeds are adopted, which optimizes the solid - liquid separation time.
3. The filter belt can be rinsed with filtrate, saving the operating cost.
4. The equipment runs continuously with stepless speed regulation.
5. The filter belt is automatically corrected (using pneumatic feedback single - side automatic correction). The filter belt is pneumatically tensioned, and the tension is automatically adjusted.
