Usually, the fiberglass tail gas absorption tower and acid gas washing and purification tower mainly handle harmful gases such as hydrogen chloride (HCL) gas, hydrogen fluoride (HF) gas, acid mist (H2S04), chromic acid mist (CrO3), hydrogen cyanide (HCN) gas, hydrogen sulfide (H2S), ammonia (NH3), and alkali vapor, which are water-soluble gases. Sodium hydroxide is used as the absorption and neutralization solution with a solution concentration of 2-6%. The purification efficiency is over 95%-98%.
The acid gas absorption tower has the advantages of high efficiency, strong corrosion resistance, high strength, low noise, low power consumption, small size, convenient disassembly, maintenance, lightness, and beautiful appearance.
