Performance requirements for the spray layer of the desulfurization tower, FRP spray pipes, and slurry circulation fiberglass pipes
1. Ensure that the performance design parameters proposed by the user are met, and the system can operate safely and stably for a long time within the working capacity range.
2. The spray pipes, oxidation air pipes, turbulence pipes, and nozzles as a whole should have corrosion resistance.
3. It has excellent hydraulic performance to ensure that there is no scaling inside the spray pipes, oxidation air pipes, and turbulence pipes.
The roughness of the outer surface of the spray pipes, oxidation air pipes, and turbulence pipes should be controlled within a certain range. For the connectors connected to the beams, they should be easily connected to the beams.
The structural design should consider the overall uniform layout, with the deformation deflection less than 1% of the diameter, and be convenient for maintenance.
The pipe ends should be cut flat. Except for the pipes cut on-site, the total length tolerance of the pipes is: ±1.6mm/m
The flange surface should be flat, and the axial tolerance is: ±0.8mm
4. Ensure that the design, installation, and operation should guarantee high availability and good stability.
